    Terrible run. Couldn't get my HR down. Felt short of breath and dizzy the entire time. :-(

      Sorry to hear this wasn't a good one. I'm betting the heat/humidity played a pretty big part in it.

      I think so...I'm not used to running in the heat. I brought my water, but went through it in the first 3 miles...I probably didn't hydrate well enough before the run.
