Warm-up was .25/5.25 min then ran 1 mile (nonstop) 17.35 min. Then cool down!! First full mile since race in August. I am so excited!!!

First 5K EVER!!! First mile was kind of a warm-up since I started a little too fast! Ran the last 2 miles solid.....over only walked 1/2 mile!! I am well pleased with how well I did!!
