    This run felt pretty good....nice and slow.

    I planned on doing 60%, but I am still not feeling my best. I ended up doubt 50% at an extremely slow pace!

    I struggled pretty badly tonight at track! I am planning on resting tomorrow...hopefully I start to feel better. This 3 is a total of warm-up, cool down, walking laps and a couple 800s.

    I am still feeling under the weather and my antibiotics make me a little nauseous, but it felt good to run. I ran 5 and walked 1 @ 8% incline.

    Walked 2.6 miles to Riverside Park and back with Payten. Finished it off with 1.4 miles on 8% incline at home. I caught some type of virus and do not have much energy to run. :-(

    I did not have a lot of time today. Walked 1 mile at 8%, ran half a mile at 5.5%, walked 1/2 mile at 9%, ran 1/2 mile at 5.5%, walk/ran last 1/2 mile at 10%.
