    Ran with Micah and Payten (bike) to the farmers market then to the DTYMCA. I did my first Pikes Peak TM simulation run. I did 30% in 57:50...4 miles. Then we ran home! It was beautiful out!

      Isn't it cool when that happens? I love it when I really have to coax myself out of the door and then have an amazing run. It makes starting the next one easier.
