    This was my first time at the North Y...Payten had Bug Lady Camp out there so I thought I would give it a try. I alternated one mile between 10-12% incline and one mile at 0% running.

    Three miles at 10%, three miles at 11%, and two miles at 12%. I was a sweaty off to burn some more calories at Get Air!

    Alternated a mile on the track then 10 minutes on the stairs three times...ended up with 3 miles and 160 floors.

    I did 70% of the Pike's Peak Simulation. This was the most I have done so far. I made a poor choice in socks this morning....they were not tall enough and my ankles rubbed raw on the incline.

      Good stuff there Kristen. I made that pp simulation up about 3-4 years ago and I really think it helps physically and mentally to get up that mountain!
