    5 miles on the TM and one on the track. It has been quite awhile since I have been able to run on the track. Felt pretty nice.

    I was planning on running at the Y, but it was closed. The weather was amazing...ran the first mile with Payten and Micah. Now hopefully the weather holds up for a BBQ and swimming party!
