    The longest I have ever ran! I am in a school to be an air traffic controller and it was my first time doing pt here! Definitely kicked my butt but I never stopped!

    I can tell that the running is getting easier! Which is really good! And I have a cold right now, I'm glad I still worked out with a cold. I pushed myself more today, I'll be pretty sore.

    I just ran on the treadmill at the Y . I think it went well. I was definitely exhausted after but I always feel great about 15 minutes after a run.

      You did great! 1.25 miles in about 15 minutes is great! Besides, the distance isn't what matters. The discipline and the effort is the key. :) We'll go again soon I'm sure.

      I went to the y today, too! I did the elliptical for a mile and then the treadmill for idk how long cause i stopped halfway through for a potty break haha
