    I spent an hour total in the pool. About 30 minutes walking and stretching, and another 30 swimming laps. It was awesome and may have to become a thing.

    At 1 mile my legs felt like lead, at 1.5 I thought about giving up, at 2 miles I was over the hump and too close to quit. My old lead legs can suck it - another 5K logged. 127 dist climb
