      Tri went great. Foot hurt like hell during the swim of all things, no trouble on the bike or run. Run time was sloooowww....I think I may be done streaking. I need real recovery.

      I don't think the streaking has anything to do with being slow. I think it's your lack of speed training.

      I don't know. Last night I ran, 10 P, legs felt dead - really could have used the rest. Yet, I really enjoy streaking. I think I need to just take my slow days slower. This foot injury really caused me to back off and be super cautious. That has impacted both my confidence and speed.

    I'd like to think I "helped" Sara nail a BIG PR, but really I was just the moral support. Foot felt fine, before, during and was a little sore after - but then shaped back up.

    Foot felt totally fine and is feeling way better. A tender to the touch spot remains, but just one - and it doesn't hurt when I move, flex or bear weight on it.
