    Thought it would be a great idea to make my second run back a 5k race...I have a long way to go and I'm so sore I can barley walk right now! Buuut- I was sub 30, so I was pretty happy with that.

      Rebuilding my base. Got really bad ITBS training for and running Boston, so I am focusing on rebuilding core and hip strength :)
