      Rebuilding my base. Got really bad ITBS training for and running Boston, so I am focusing on rebuilding core and hip strength :)

    Warmup, 2x1 mile, 1x.5 in the hallways as it was storming out. Lots of turns! Didn't have a specific pace, just ran hard. And I know I did because my legs are really tired now!
