    my bottom hurts! More than on the road...I guess I need to get out of the saddle but need to add some more tension to wheel. Wasn't enough to stand even in toughest gear...

    Windy, and at times against us uphill but I chalk it up to a great strength workout. Felt great to get a long run in. Running a half next w/e for a training run so needed a 10 mile run before.

      Thank you both. Slow long run, but right now just starting to train. Gotta get my orthotics checked too, medial knee is slightly still bothersome post long runs. Hope it isn't anything more than that.
