  4. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:26 10:46 pace

Felt a bit tired today, but it felt great to get in my first longer-than-six mile run since the half. I was quite pleased with my time, too, especially since I felt like I was running too slow most... read more

  6. RUN
    great 6.05 mi 01:02 10:13 pace

  8. RUN
    great 5.24 mi 00:56 10:35 pace

Today was the first time in a long time that I've been able to run in the middle of the afternoon and not worry about having a heat stroke.
