Running to get my happy on this morning. My 1st Warrior Dash is this Saturday. Any strategy tips from you experienced warriors out there? I don't have a way that I know of to train for the obstacles, other than general fitness work, and praying for inspiration on how to tackle them as they come. Wondering if I run hard or medium in between them.
