    speed work! 2.5mi out, 6x1/4mi at 8:00 pace with 1/4 mi recovery jog in between (speedy for me, slow for some, I know), and 2.5 mi home. Whooped.

    Mini adventure run with S. Kept it at 9:30s even with all the stopping for photos and to say hi to the sea lions at the zoo :)

      Yesterday I went to two classes in the morning and walked through the zoo before it opened to the second class and saw the rhinos running as fast as they could go back and forth and then saw the polar bear playing with her ball and throwing it in the air and diving for it repeatedly. It totally made my day!

    ran to do-rite donuts (it's my birthday!) and then played donut fairy and dropped some off for the bf and then for my coworkers. Nice way to start the day, helping to get my friends fat :)
