    ran to do-rite donuts (it's my birthday!) and then played donut fairy and dropped some off for the bf and then for my coworkers. Nice way to start the day, helping to get my friends fat :)

    It was hot and humid and nasty out, but I was in control and as relaxed as I could be given the sweating that was happening. Grateful for a decent run in the oppressive heat.

      Gwyn I'm going to attempt the 50 miler in November! Doing a couple marathons as training runs before that

      Oooh, good luck! I am contemplating a super small 50k trail race. The pavement did me in last time so I gotta have something different but I think I'm going to try it again. But that's awesome! You'll be great!
