      I don't care what the weather, I simply cannot run on a treadmill for more than 2 miles. It's maddening. Outdoors is the ONLY way to do it.GREAT pace!

      know what? I don't like running clockwise, either! Never checked to see if I run faster or longer counterclockwise but I always notice little pains when I run clockwise. Strange...nice run, Katy!

    My stationary bike was taken, so I had to settle for the air dyne bike. I followed it up with abs of course!

      UG I hate that! Some old man stole my treadmill about 6 months ago and he's there every day so I never get her back. When I look at it in the morning I feel like she's cheating right in front of me. She was perfectly setup right in line with the TV. All the other treadmills are at an angle. She had just got a new belt installed. She even had a fan. I do miss her! On Saturdays I still get to ride her for a little bit but I usually run outdoors Saturdays so it's seldom now.

      Thanks all! The blog has been set by the wayside. I appreciate your kind words about missing it. I will admit that I am now in a job in which I am always busy and then head home to be a wife and a step-mom....that doesn't leave time for much blogging!!
