12 mile long run was scheduled, I wanted to run longer if possible. Last couple of weeks were rough with the upper respiritory problems. I lost a few more days due to not feeling all that well and coughing. Today I felt good and it showed.

    Yeah it was, somewhere along the line my pace picked up bigtime overnight. I am hoping to run a sub 1:45 soon.
