    Everything felt pretty good. The run seemed easy. My only concern was how my left heel and soleus felt afterwards. VERY tight. Loads of stretching and ice.

      Just do your best to get ready and then just go and enjoy YOUR day in Boston. Your goal should be just to have fun. I was focused on time with both my Boston Marathons. It was a mistake. If I am lucky enough to go again. I will be there for the 26.2 parade and victory lap. That place gets in your blood. Love Boston!
