    Something just want right on this run. I felt SO tired during the whole thing. My heart was racing, sweating like crazy, just blah. Body is telling me something.

    I'm almost sad to see the snow gone. The fatty just isn't as much fun. May be time to change out the tires and put the summer ones on.

    What a mess! Rode my bike to the gym, jumped on the treadmill and by mile 1 I was sweating like a pig. By mile 4 the machine was soaked. Not a pretty sight!

      Yeah, the heel doesn't hurt...but I feel it. There's a tightness that's a little unsettling. I'm running the martian half in a few weeks and I just want to get those miles in.

    Jumped on the trainer for a bit and then straight onto the treadmill. Felt pretty damn good! I kinda enjoyed that feeling of the legs burning as the treadmill picked up speed.

    Another easy loop. Took it slow after being on my feet all day yesterday. Jumped in the lap pool for few laps afterwards but it was way too hot! Yuck!

    There, I slowed down a bit. Quite early but felt good. Still not crazy about sitting around icing the heel right afterwards. Stretching with an ice pack on the foot is, well, a pain in the butt.
