    You just go wrong with this! Great for the back, hips, legs...all of it! Now if only they could remember to turn down the heat from the Vinyasa class that was before it!

    The legs were REALLY stiff today. Had a bugger of a time getting them to loosen up. Never got into my stride the whole time. The run didn't feel bad, but certainly not great. To sum it up...meh.

    Just needed to get out and stretch the legs. Did a mile on the OCC trails and then just meandered around the neighborhood.

    Last tri of the season and it was the most fun! It wasn't my fasted (2nd fastest) but it was a blast! I just took it easy and savored the race. Great time!

      Hey, that might be your answer. I used to get a full-body massage monthly. My masseuse injured herself and hasn't recovered yet. So I'm looking for someone to use until she heals.
