      I wish I were speedy. Compared to so many others I feel terribly slow. It's all good. The swim is about survival...not speed! hahaha

    Got to squeeze a loop in before the swim. Legs felt a little sore but better during the second half. Not sure if the heat was a factor not but I certainly sweated quite a bit.

    As Frazz put it; Bike und Run in that order. My left glute hurt. It KILLED!!!! That first quarter mile was brutal. Once it settled down, stretched out and warmed up it was off to the races.
