    This run felt great. It was nice to finally run the standard loop around the lake and through Marshbank park. It's a 10 mile loop so I had to toss in a couple extra loop at Marshbank. Good times!

    Nice easy warm-up on the mill and then inductors, abductors, glutes and core. Planks are my friend...a friend that really starts to tick me off after a few minutes!

    2 mile warm-up followed up by a bunch of core, strength and stretching...and then cooled down with another easy two. Felt pretty good considering the 20 yesterday.
