      Hang in there. You are ready and fully trained. You are not going to lose any of that. I know it's hard not to push and step back. This is the time to get your body right and recover. You can and will do this.

      John- Ha! Not yet. I need to run more trails first and I need my running partner back to. Maybe a day time trail half could be in my future.
