Feeling a lot better today. Managed to get 4 miles in on the treadmill at lunch. Looking forward to getting back to a normal outdoor run Friday and then running a 5K on Sunday.

Woke up Sunday and had totally slept wrong, resulting in my traps totally tightening up. By Monday, I could hardly turn my head, let alone run. Managed to get 30 minutes in on the spin bike.

Downey 5K in Peabody 3.1 mi
Walked/ran with my 9-year-old. Mostly walked first half and then finally got her to run some of the second half.

Sun disappeared behind the clouds right after I started, but the humidity definitely had an effect. Not used to it yet, but powered through.
