thanks amale. i'm not confident in swimming open water specially in wavy conditions. i really should have some open water practice but its hard where i am right now. i just hope its calm seas on race day...

my, my... couldn't believe how much humidity there was this morning. next week i'm gonna mix up my runs with some speedwork...
1:30 spinervals base builder. this was spinning at around zone 3 to build up aerobic base. distance is just an estimate.
nice one JO! Did my first spinning session last night. It was brutal! A bit boring but at least you don't have to worry about road hazards & your balance.
