      thanks amale. i'm not confident in swimming open water specially in wavy conditions. i really should have some open water practice but its hard where i am right now. i just hope its calm seas on race day...

      Glad I'm not the only one suffering in the humidity. I ran 10K in about the same time early yesterday evening. It was horrible.
