Woke up early for a 6:30 run and loved the cooler temps. I was hoping for a faster pace but I'll take the miles. I am thinking that I may have to go ahead and transition to these early runs now. I think I prefer them anyway because they don't eat up the majority of my morning.

    nice! I've got to start transitioning to morning also! I've tried a few times, but I end up turning off the alarm, and running in the afternoon. Won't be able to do that much longer!
