Great morning for a run! We switched up my intervals on this one and I ran 3 miles and 2 miles (with a 1-minute walk break). 3 miles is my farthest "at-one-time" run so far and it was pretty simple. I'm sure I probably don't need a walk break at all these days but I think I still have a mental block against thinking I could run these distances without it! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/222831165
