Both legs were sore today so I told myself to just go slow and take it easy. Which I thought I was doing. Until I checked my watch at the end and realized I actually went faster than I have in a very long time.
So I did a lot of stretching after this run, hoping that will help with the pain. So far, I think it has. I'm not as stiff/sore as I usually am post-run. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/208420901


Excellent!! A cold bath will really help with soreness & leg pain. And in this heat, it's not as hard as it is when it cools off some.
