Got out early this morning! 5:30! Not too bad! But, I started out too fast I think! It was really dark and creepy on the Trace so I think I overcompensated by turning on the jet engines. Oops. I hope I don't pay for it too much. My ankles are sore but I've already iced them once and there are more icings planned.

I listened to the Phedippidations podcast and it definitely helped the time go by!

    great run! It can be hard to slow yourself down for the long run. I'm usually consulting the Garmin on the long run not to make sure I'm going fast enough, but to make sure I'm going slow enough.
