I cannot take this heat and humidity! I got out "late" this morning (6:30) and it was awful. Of course, I know it was probably awful at 5:30 and 6, too. I knew that it was going to be steamy this morning so I filled my water bottle last night and stuck it in the freezer. I've never run with a water bottle before but I'm so glad I did today. I think it's what kept me from quitting. I'm not looking forward to my longer run on Saturday. Ugh.

    Good plan with the water bottle. It was bad at 6:00, too, but it will just make the runs in fall/winter all the better!

    I know - it's miserable even to walk to my car. Great idea about the water bottle, though. Think cool thoughts! Way to stick it out!
