I'm still a bit congested but managed to drag my body out of bed this morning for a run (while still in a bit of a Nyquil-induced coma). I was worried I'd be hacking and coughing all through my run but it went amazingly well! Of course, my post-run phlegm production has been stellar. I guess the run loosened things up a bit. But I'm just glad I'm feeling better and am able to run again! Did two 1.5 mile intervals. Av Paces: 13:35, 13:26. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/190634208
