Ugh! The air was THICK this morning! I'm going to count this one as a run AND a swim because that's what it felt like! Still sticking with the 1.5-mile intervals (two of them) at least through Thursday. We may up it a bit for Saturday's run but Coach James says he's happy to keep me here for a while to just help maintain my run fitness before we start increasing it too much. Legs are feeling ok. They were a bit sore from Saturday's run but after a few icings they felt great this morning. Splits for the two intervals: 12:49, 13:12 http://connect.garmin.com/activity/188279585


That's great that you are sticking to the plan! Some of my worst problems have stemmed from doing MORE than I was supposed to do. It seems great at first, until the injury sets in.
