I was worried that the rain would be an issue this morning but I was able to avoid the showers and squeeze in a run! An AWESOME run! Still sticking with the two 1.5-mile intervals with a 1-minute walk in between. First interval was at a 13:00 pace and the second interval was at 12:36! And my HR never got above 160! I think the overcast skies and nice cool breezes helped a lot. My legs felt great, too! No aches or pains! Woot Woot!
