    first real run in a month. After the half I took some time off to let the aches and pains heal. Felt good today. Did 4 minute run/walk intervals. Average pace running was around 10:30.

    There is definitely something going on in the glute area. Hard to pinpoint exact place pain originates. Walking fast exacerbates the pain. Also some tingling and pain radiating down my leg.
