First run after a week off...hamstring felt tight for the first .5, then loosened up. No pain. Planning on some slow easy runs this week before hopefully getting back into my training plan.

I couldn't do it today - treadmill for me. The real feel temp was 0 when I went to the gym. As long as you're careful and dress right, you can do it! I just didn't want to bother with it today.
