      I agree! Anyone can do Zumba! I never thought I could! I sucked the 1st time! It takes time to learn the steps! Once
      you have it all down its an awesome workout! I always thought oh gosh I hope other people in he class don't watch me! Turns out no one watches anyone! Everyone is watching the lady teaching the class! You really have no time to watch others! Knowing & seeing that it made me feel more comfortable and now I just rock at it! :)

  13. Today was my first day at giving this a go! I started nice and simple! I walked/Jog for 2 miles!! It felt great to get out and do something, I just hope I can stick with it!

      You can and you will!!! Just be sure to listen to your body, if it only wants to go 0.25 to a mile that's ok too. :)

    Today I started out nice and simple, I went for a 2mile walk/jog! I rotated between the two. It feels good to say I did it!! I hope that I can keep it up until I can do a 5K.
