Interval Session: I guess in hindsight 88km in 3.5 days is poor preparation for an interval session. Last week i finished feeling i could do atleast 1 more, this time i only just completed the 5 and it left me a crushed and broken man, with no chance of getting the planned sixth one in. During the 4th I almost gave up, i slowed and almost stopped but then i though to myself you wouldnt give up in Boston, dont do it now... so i pressed on and finished it, and managed one more... this time id have to say it was 5 x 1km @ 3:55
