    Mid Week Semi-Long... been a while since ive written that, but its a holiday here today, so after a hearty breakfast and a lesurely morning the afternoon was spent pounding the bike paths.

    Easy Effort Run: Finally another run where it just Flowed. Started running, got to thinking, and then next thing i know i was at the turn around point.

    Easy Effort Run: Nice run, its staying light longer, so got almost half done before i had to switch the headlamp on. finding it much easier to do these now.

      Thanks all, I had probably about 2 full months off with a couple more sketchy months before that where i wasnt running regularly. Since end of January ive been back running regularly and building up the distance. Its not allways easy seeing pace/distance atm compared to what i was doing this time last year, but Im sure that if i stay consistent and not rush things it will get back there soon enough.

    Steady Effort Run: pace wasnt so hot, but the aHR certainly showed it wasnt just an easy effort run... perhapes some more sleep last night was in order...meh.
