    Did 35 Minutes of cross training felt awesome. Then I hit the Spinning bike for 25 min. I am so glad I got my butt out of bed. It is going to be a great day!

    This was a tough run. Legs were heavy the whole time. I really had no motivation to run. But I did it. I pat myself on the back for getting out there.
