    Mondays Suck. I think it was more of a mental challenge today than a physical one. I'm still going to repeat W1 however and start W2 next week. (Monday.) And it's too dang hot!

  20. After exercising for only a week and a day and eating right... I fell SO MUCH BETTER! Is that possible? Or is it just in my head? I swear I already feel leaner and meaner!

      I think it is. Its amazing when I miss a couple days how I start to feel yucky. I swear it's my body telling me to get moving!
