Going to get back into the swing of things this evening. Guess I have to ease into it since my joints feel like an 80 year olds.

I'm back in action! Dragged my hubby around the block today. Since I'm starting off again solely walking, I'll be going in the evenings instead of the AM for now.

RUN
alright C25k Route 1.33 mi 00:18 13:31 pace
Without a doubt the hardest part of running is stepping foot outside my front door.

What week/day are you on? I just finished W1D3. Good job this morning! (Getting up early and out the door is rough for me too.)

Went swimming in a rainstorm! How invigorating!

Apparently I was doing C25k wrong by not taking a rest day between each run day. OOPS! So Today is a rest day. However I will be doing some situps etc later. Rest day doesn't mean "off-day!"

After exercising for only a week and a day and eating right... I fell SO MUCH BETTER! Is that possible? Or is it just in my head? I swear I already feel leaner and meaner!
