  1. RUN
good West Haven circle 2.28 mi

I was able to leave the kids at home. What a difference. Still running in my Vibrams. LOVE IT! Landing on the balls of my feet is such a different way to run, but so much better!

  2. RUN
good Churchland Bridge 3.12 mi 00:40 12:49 pace

Had to walk a few times, and my lungs felt pretty tight, but not bad as my first run in over 6 weeks. I've started running in my Vibram Bikila's. Not sure if I'll run the marathon in... read more

Love seeing this last log. It's the day I found out I was pregnant with my son. He's 4 months old now. What a joy!

I finally broke down and shelled out the cash for namebrand VFF's last week. I got the Seeya model. the fabric is so soft!! I loved my chinese knockoffs but could never decide which model of the VFF's to get and finally liked these. Did I mention how SOFT they are? it's like running in with socks on. Glad to see you on here again!!

I will have to check those out. These were marketed strictly for running. I need to get a daily wear pair. Think the SeeYa's would work?

great My neighborhood 4.18 mi 00:46 10:54 pace

It's amazing how much easier it is to run without a stroller. I felt great the whole time. I walked some of it to make sure I don't hurt anything. I need new shoes, and I only have 4 week... read more

  4. I have 3 more days until I can get back at it. This is has been an excruciatingly long two weeks. Ugh.

  5. RUN
    Olde Towne 1.54 mi

I was worried my scrapped up toes were going to prevent a run, but it was great. Time constraints stopped us, but it felt so good. I can't wait until Saturday so I can run without a time limit.

alright Tyre Neck 4.1 mi 00:50 12:11 pace

Another great morning jog. It started off a little slow since I didn't eat breakfast nor have much to drink. So, lesson learned! Picked up eggs at the farm too.

  9. RUN
    Walk/jog 3.15 mi 00:40 12:41 pace

It went great. Running with a friend makes such a difference. We walked some, but definitely less than last week.
