    Track workout 4x800 with 400 recovery. thrilled at my 800 paces (7:20, 7:20, 7:36, 7:26) With the humidity even at this hour I felt sluggish so those iterations really surprised me :-)

    A sad fact of life when you live at the top of a hill is that there are NO flat runs from home. Still felt like 90+% humidity but the temp must be far less because I got 2 sub-9 miles in.

    Guessing about the time - I know our overall pace was 9:30. Fast run yesterday + spin this morning = dead legs tonight so I'm pretty happy with this pace.
