First night of hill training and it sucked.

I took a bad fall on Monday night while I was out exploring a local river bank with the family. One minute I was walking along the rive bank, the next minute my ass was in the river.

So, thanks to some lovely stiffness and lower back pain I was only able to complete 2 1/2 of the 4 hill repeats on the schedule. I'm home things go better next week.
