Needed this run and boy did it feel good. Fact: ac cooled seats are very much appreciated after running in a very huuuuuuuumid 80 degrees.
Cold run tonight at Clinton, did three-ish and called it good. Guess it was too cold for most of the Rogues, only saw Dave and Carl out there.
Morning 5K cancelled, Chels and I did a WOD, then Reann joined us for a 4 mile run through downtown. All in all a good day despite the storms.
Even with shredded quads (still!) I was able to keep this run under 50 minutes, crazy stuff, but definitely tired. Early night for me. Thanks for keeping me going, and for sticking with me, JB.
