    My butt was hurting from yesterday's spin class :(
    But, I got my speed up to 140rpm for the first time!

    I did 750m front crawl and 100m back crawl (legs only). I would have done more but I wasn't feeling well. I was feeling dizzy and like I was going to throw up.

    This was a great run. It was cold,
    but very enjoyable. I didn't take my Garmin again, just ran at a comfortable pace.

    I was running on the ice and in the snow with my dog. This was deffinately a feat of balance.

    It was windy and raining so I chose the treadmill. I hate the treadmill, I am not good at the extra mental strength required with that clocking ticking away in front of you.
