      Well done :)) I just started again also, joined a gym, I cannot run in these temps and too much snow and ice for me!! I have registered for the Stockholm Half Marathon in Sept, are you wanting to do that one or the actually Marathon in May still??? :)

      oh dear...take care of your back, my friend who runs with me has a slipped disc and a 1 year old and is really struggling, no running for her either and its be a while now!! Be Careful!!

    Today 3 kms was already a struggle. 5 was a great victory. I don't know why it's sometimes this haaaard.

      I agree, why can we have days where running is pretty easy and you feel you could actually run a marathon and then days where 3+ ks is nearly impossible :) well you did it well done :))) Like one of my friends on here said and I always think of 'the next run will be better' and it always is!!

      Sometimes running is sticky and legs are trury uncortable, and thy´re like killing from running. After my 1st marathon I almost lost walking as tough the recovery was. If one training is awful, it can get better on the following day.
      Anyway I missed all jogging on Midterrian heat in Mid-Italy but hadn´t packed my sneakers as well and didnt take part on any marathons for this year.

    First test run after hurting my back mysteriously. Took it easy, u could have passed me walking. The back was fairly painless. If the back is ok tomorrow, I will run a bit more.
