Beautiful weather and a run that felt good. First four miles easy, then dropped under 9 min pace for the last three.

Got on the bike to get a little recovery time in today.
The toughest part was getting on and off the bike. -

Last Long run before Boston in three weeks.
I went out the first 13.1 too fast (1:53) and the Quads payed for it starting at about mile 20. The time at 26.2 was just over 4 hours. - RUN
