    Today felt a lot better than Monday's run.

    Still not feeling 100% but it felt good to get out & run, even if it was in the morning.

    We are both safe & sound. I had just finished and was only 2 blocks past the finish.

    Decided to run an easy mile after the ride.

    Got on the bike to get a little recovery time in today.
    The toughest part was getting on and off the bike.

    Last Long run before Boston in three weeks.
    I went out the first 13.1 too fast (1:53) and the Quads payed for it starting at about mile 20. The time at 26.2 was just over 4 hours.
