    Did a 10 min jog warmup. I follows it with a 25 min interval serious of 10-8:57 pace for 1 min and a recovery of 12 pace for 45 secs. Finished the workout with 5 min jog, followed by a cool down.

    Did a 5 min warmup followed by 1 min intervals ranging from 10:00-8:45 pace. Did a 45 sec recovery between the intervals. Finished with a 2 min cool down to get myself ready for kettle bell.

    Instructor was in beast mode. We did a lot of speed work, which I really needed to help slim these thighs down. Last 10 min of glass we did some are work and it felt great!
