Good run, actually ran 7-8 miles, but stopped at the 6 mile mark to walk .75...picked it up again later and ran all of mile 7 at a 9:00 pace. Also ran some hills and sprints, just a few, and they killed me there at the end. Ran all of this with Nathan, as Curt was hurt this week and couldn't run. Good motivation to run with Nate, but wish the pace could have been slower.
