Drill with 8X25 each 25 started every 45 seconds whatever extra time we had we could rest.

30 seconds rest between each set.
Cooled down with 20X25 using me new H2O audio shuffle holder.
Use new swim fins today.
Great day for a swim-weather and pool were both perfect.
