    Felt pretty good when I kept it at an easy 10:00 pace. Felt hamstring when I tried a couple pick ups so backed down. Would rather run slow than not run due to pain.

      Was planning on running this too but changed my mind around mile 17 during PF Chang. : ) Sorry about the breathing and hamstring stuff- NO fun. But glad you had good company. Company of a stranger helped me on that course last year- major help!

      The pollen in the air is intense right now. Just look at all the acacia pollen yellowing the ground and cars. Sounds like you had good bonding time though.

    Intervals. Short shake out run after yesterdays trail race. Did some speed intervals while enjoying ifit's Niagara fall's run.

      Doesn't look like they can be shared. Sometimes I run some random streets in foreign countries just to see the non-American features, signs, houses, cars, etc. All fun stuff, but the most valuable is running some upcoming race course just to experience the elevation changes. Hope you enjoy yours!
