    Longest run ever! We forgot to start our clocks so I have no idea what our time was. :( We figure around our regular pace. Lots of little hills and down hills following them.

      nike free 4.0 wasnt sure about them but they are working for me. I was in desperate need. I do like how light they are but boy do they pick up gravel bits. :D
