    Love riding with my hubby on his training runs! I'd love to run with him, but for now riding will work for me!

    Nice warm up run before hitting the weights. Followed by stairs to nowhere for 20 mins for an extra cardio kick!

      Okay I'm now totally counting the grocery store, 6 trips up to the 3 rd floor!!! I should of gone later when the boys could of lugged it up!!!
