      I'm having knee pain too. Do you know what's causing yours? Trying to figure mine out and leaning toward the IT band.....but I'm just guessing.

      @Christina, I haven't really figured it out either... I'm thinking IT as well... but I notice that the more time I take off to rest, the worse it gets. If I actually run thru the pain for a few days, by Day 3 or 4, the pain actually goes away. Strange but true!
