It's been over a week since I ran last, but it went about the same as before (I do go for nightly family walks and did the Wii Fit once this past week). I walked for 3 minutes on 3.5; ran for 10 minutes on 6.0; walked for 2 minutes on 3.5; ran for 4 minutes on 6.0; ran for 7 minutes on 5.5; walked for 4 minutes on 3.5. Overall felt good, but couldn't make it the 2nd mile on 6 and had to cut back to 5.5 again. Maybe next time!
