While easing back from the wicked sinus infection, I now have developed an angry left hammie. Maybe from speed work yesterday and/or maybe from running 1/2 mile in my flip flops to my son's baseball practice to appease his fear of being late. Dammit. So, got on TM to warm it up, shake it out, whatever. Pushed my long run to the holiday to give it a day.
