    WSx2. Tried running 3 miles straight. Went slower than if I took walking breaks and my knees are not happy. Guess I will be a run/walker forever.

    Indoor track. Only walked a little in the first mile. Ran the last 1.5 straight. I felt amazing. Was able to zone out and get lost in the music and the run.
