    The Lake Loop 5.65 mi

    I was shooting for 5 but I miscalculated the distance. Still getting used to how far each route is. Maintained a 3-1 run walk. Still slow but I feel great.

    My lungs felt great. I tried to push my speed a little more today, towards the end my knee was aching a little. Guess I will back down. I hate this game.

    Truly the most gorgeous night for a run. Ran over 2/3 of it. Still a bit of walking but headed in the right direction. The second half was considerably easier than the first half.

    Well I never got around to my 2nd 3 miler but I did install tack strip and pad for 5 hrs. I think that was a pretty good workout. I am gonna hurt tomorrow.

      Yea. I am doing the Ogden Half in May. I know, it is comical. But I gotta start somewhere. Walking is definitely my best friend. That is the only way these old knees can survive.
