    My sister is totally motivating!!! I needed her little voice in my head telling me to stop being lazy. So excited to see her running again, even if it is just 1 mile.

    Had to kill a ton of time during soccer practice. Not feeling it at all today. Horrible run. But hey, it's done.

    Ran the first 3 miles in 30 min. Spent the last 15 min walking on a steep incline.

    Innumerable hours of priming, trimming, and painting my SIL's basement. Best arm and back workout there is. I am not being as lazy as DM is suggesting.

    Took a detour that added a bit on the miles. But overall this is my favorite individual race. It was a beautiful course, well aided, great shirts and sweet medals. Loved it!!
