      Awesome!! I still haven't replaced my treadmill... so I run outside. NOT FUN! But I am telling myself it's good training for GTR :D

    Rode with the boys to lunch and back and then spent the afternoon swimming. Nothing hard core but a good active day.

      I know the feeling! I feel like I'm slow as tar and I can NOT get any speed back. Oh well, I'm trying to just love running for running's sake. But I am definitely slow!

    My knee hasn't been liking running on sidewalks. I left my watch at home to completely listen to my body. It felt good to not be pushed by time.

    Loving being so close to a pool. Both Lexi and Parker are finally comfortable swimming. :)
