  1. walk
    4.65 mi

Last time taming the beast this year 😢. The hubs gets to have fun now. There will probably be snow before I could do it again.

  2. RUN
    2.15 mi

Extremely heavy and tired from Saturday.

  3. FIT
    Wind Caves 7.5 mi

Not 100% sure on the distance because my GPS wouldn't work. Based on steps this is my closest guess. Definitely a gorgeous hike. A bit harder than I anticipated.

  4. walk
    10 mi

Mowed the beast and hauled rocks all day. Just burned a few calories.

  5. RUN
    Leg 3 3.8 mi

Down Targhee, will always be my favorite.

  6. RUN
    Bear Bait..... Literally!!!! 4.05 mi

Just finished my second leg. Literally had a bear cross the road 20 feet in front of me. I never turned around and booked it in the wrong direction so fast in my life.

  7. walk
    The Beast 4.5 mi

Even though it is hot, I feel so accomplished when I mow my beast.

  8. RUN
    WS x's 2 3 mi

Tried out using a metronome. Very fascinating how quickly you change your gate and cadence when there is a beat. Very good run.

  10. RUN
    Home Town Hills 2 mi

Getting sick sucks.... Trying to sweat it out but not aggravate it. Was fun to run by my old stomping grounds. One thing about Tremonton, they definitely have hills to train on, even if it was j... read more
