    Getting better means being uncomfortable. No walk breaks was definitely uncomfortable. But I am so happy my mind overcame my body.

      My knees were struggling after this. I think the walking breaks are the only thing that keeps them happy. It is so frustrating.

      That is frustrating! For me the walking breaks are just relief. Luckily I have no knee issues. So I felt fine after and today
