    Brisk out there but a good run. Apparently a twenty degree increase in temp. means a significant drop in my mile split.

    It was REALLY cold out there but I would have had to wait until after 10 for it to be above freezing. Made it the 1.5 miles with only 3 min. walking. Nice .5 mile cool-down walk.

    Really cold out but a good run otherwise. Rain held off until I made it back and yoga afterward to recover.

    Tried to run the 2 mi. as quickly as possible since it was getting dark. Also moved to 4:1 intervals. Hoping the back holds out for me for 1 more week.
